These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of completevssantivirus.com and the products, software licenses, and services (the “Services”) offered by Complete VSS Antivirus, a service of Veralake LLC. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase or use the Services.

2. Digital delivery

All digital products, software licenses, and license keys are delivered immediately upon purchase to the email address provided at checkout. No physical products are shipped. Professional services (consultations, reviews, advisory sessions) are scheduled within 2 business days of purchase.

3. Billing descriptor

Charges from purchases made through our checkout may appear on your bank or card statement under the billing descriptor Complete VSS AV.

4. Products and pricing (complete list)

Unless otherwise noted, prices are in U.S. dollars. Recurring software licenses are billed on a one-year basis at the starting price for the selected license tier.

  • Essential Antivirus — Personal (1 device): $15.95 per year.
  • Advanced Threat Protection — Standard (1 device): $29.95 per year.
  • Private VPN — Personal (3 devices): $39.95 per year; Family (6 devices): $49.95 per year.
  • Complete Device Security — Standard (3 devices): $59.95 per year; Premium (5 devices): $79.95 per year.
  • Family Internet Shield — Family (5 devices): $69.95 per year.
  • Family Internet Shield Extended — Extended Family (10 devices): $99.95 per year.
  • Business Endpoint Protection — Team (10 devices): $79.95 per year; Business (25 devices): $149.95 per year.
  • Email Guard — Personal (5 devices): $89.95 per year; Business (25 devices): $159.95 per year.
  • Home Firewall Setup — starting at $89.95 one-time (network setup service).
  • Website Security Review — starting at $101.95 one-time (audit service).
  • Web Safety Plus — Standard (5 devices): $101.95 per year; Premium (10 devices): $149.95 per year.
  • Cloud Backup Vault — Personal (3 devices): $151.25 per year; Business (up to 999 devices): $249.95 per year.
  • Expert Security Consultation — starting at $151.25 one-time (consultation service).
  • Ultimate Enterprise Defense — Enterprise (up to 999 devices): $222.22 per year.
  • CTO Security Advisory — $222.22 one-time (strategy session).
  • Scam Defense Kit — $2.95 (one-time digital guide).
  • Browser Privacy Cleaner — $3.95 (one-time digital download).
  • PC Security Checkup — $4.95 (one-time digital diagnostic).
  • Digital Fortress — $19.97 (one-time digital ebook).
  • MDR Consultation — $199.95 (one-time professional service).

5. Subscriptions, renewals, and taxes

Some licenses are offered on a subscription basis and renew automatically every year at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices may change on renewal; we will provide notice before any material price change. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required by law to collect them.

6. Refund and cancellation policy

All products — including one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions — carry a 30-day full-refund guarantee on the initial purchase. Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable but you may cancel before the next billing date to stop future charges. 7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Complete VSS Antivirus and Veralake LLC disclaim all warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
